I'm Tika Ram Linkha

I am Tika Ram linkha. Originally, I am from a very remote Mountainous but very beautiful district Sankhuwasabha and now I am residing in Kathmandu. Professionally I have been teaching Geography at a University since 2007. Initially, I started my teaching career at Dhankuta Multiple Campus, Dhankuta which is the pioneer campus in Eastern Nepal. Now, I am working at Patan Multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka Lalitpur. I did my master's degree in Geography and Sociology from Tribhuvan University. Moreover, I did an international degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Besides teaching, I have been involved in research (UGC Nepal, Mahendra Multiple Campus Dhankuta and Dhankuta Multiple Campus, Dhankuta Municipality, District development Committee of Dhanktua etc.) and other community development works. I have 15 years' experience in community development especially in social mobilization, human rights and capacity development of community people and stakeholders. I have unique experiences working in marginalized communities to promote their livelihoods. Similarly, I was also involved in preparing dozens of periodic plans of VDCs and local levels, child profiles, entrepreneurship plans and others. Moreover, numerous research articles were also published in national and international journals.
